Can I leave the cleaner with a key?
Due to security reasons, our cleaners don’t accept house keys from our clients to hold. There are multiple ways to let your cleaner into your home. The most popular is a lock box, or hidden key box. When you book your clean, you can let us know the entry details.
How many people will come to clean my house?
You could have 1, 2 or maximum 3 Cleaners attend your property, all depending on the size of your home, or the service being delivered. Generally speaking, a team of 2 is required to complete your house clean so the cleaning will be done in a short time.
Are your cleaning teams pet friendly
Yes, we are pet friendly cleaning services! Allspot team have training on how to treat dogs, cats and other pets. We know how to love, respect and care for them the same way we care for our own pets!
If you have a pet that might not be so good with strangers, don’t worry! we are always flexible with our approach to entering your home. Let us know how we can adjust to your home and pets.
How long will it take to clean my house?
Normally it will depend on the number of bedrooms (relative to house size), Allspot general rule of thumb is an hour per bedroom. But that is always going to change on the service type, and your home.
